Carpet quality under close scrutiny
COMPLAINT: Samantha Rambus, Newnan, Ga.
"I hired TD Floors 4 Less of Atlanta to install a carpet. Anthony Dickerson [the owner] was supposed to install a 32-ounce Stainmaster carpet, but I don't think that's what he brought. He assured me it was and that it just needed to be 'fluffed up' from being in the roll.
"I trusted him and allowed the install to proceed. I took a sample of the carpet to two reputable retailers and both said it was 18 to 20 ounce and not Stainmaster."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the carpet replaced with the carpet I was promised, or get my money back."
