COMPLAINT: Jacques Chevron, Darien, Ill.
"I hired Russell Grande of I'll Fix It For You LLC of Woodridge [Ill.] to rebuild a wooden flower box outside my back window. I made the big mistake of paying him without examining the work closely enough.
"The workmanship was extremely poor. I called and asked him to fix it, which he promised to do the following week. He never showed up and never called back."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I request a $100 reimbursement."
