Car owner claims he paid $2,600 too much

"I purchased a 2010 Endeavor from West Loop Mitsubishi in San Antonio. I told the floor manager that the most I could spend was $28,000, and he said he could offer $26,500. However, they sold the vehicle to me for more than they told me it would be. My mistake was that I should have taken all the time to add up all of these numbers, and I wouldn't have been shocked when the price was much more than I expected."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the full amount of overpayment of $2,616."
