"I called Global Air Pro for a comprehensive cleaning of all my air ducts and related accessories.

"Some services were done well. However, the technician convinced me to purchase a pair of electrostatic filters and two ultraviolet light systems, which they have yet to ship to me.

"After the inspection, I called the technician to explain that the A/C had stopped working and he insisted that nothing that his worker had done could've caused the problems. He advised a few troubleshooting steps, which I tried, but it didn't work.

"I called a HVAC contractor to come inspect my system, and they found the problem to be disconnected wires in the furnace. Their visit to find and fix this problem caused by Global Air Pro cost me $170.

"I left many messages, but the technician hasn't returned any of them. I've also left numerous messages with management at their main office in Atlanta."

DESIRED RESOLTION: "I want a refund and a comprehensive air duct cleaning to be performed by a different technician."
