"I hired Cleaning by Cobweb Carol & Dusty Debbie to clean my home in preparation for its sale. They were here for three hours, and I felt like they were milking the clock.

"The bathrooms looked like they did when they arrived. They did a terrible job. I called Carol to let her know that I was dissatisfied, and she started to argue with me."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a $100 refund."

"As areas were cleaned, the customer was asked to check them for her approval, and no negative responses were given while we were there. The place had not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time, and the customer kept changing what she wanted done.

"She knew up front that the estimated cleaning time was three to five hours, and not even two hours into the job she rushed us out of there, saying she had an emergency and that she wanted to schedule another time to finish.

"She later left a very upsetting message. I called and tried to talk with her, but she hung up on me two times. I do not argue with customers."
