COMPLAINT: Incila Celiker, Fresh Meadows, N.Y.

I hired Dynasty Contractors of Bronx, N.Y., to fix a leak and tile grout in my second-floor bathroom. They did not fix the leak. The grout came off the next day.

I have a contract with a 1-year warranty, but they have not come back to finish the work. I have tried calling and e-mailing them and have received no response.

DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want them to fix the problems or refund my $750.

The member had tiles coming out in the shower. We fixed those tiles and sealed gaps. Our contract stated we would fix the leak caused by the shower, not other parts of the bathroom.

Once the grout and adhesive are in place, the only way the tiles could move is if people walk on them. We told them not to use that bathroom for 16 to 24 hours.

She called us the next day, yet the elapsed time had been less than 16 to 24 hours.
