Description of work "Bob [Cianci, the owner] chose the best location for setting traps for the raccoons living in a hole in my sugar maple. He came every day to check and reset, rebait and relocate the traps."

Member comments "Bob returned my call within an hour and came to set up the first trap that afternoon. He came each day to check on the traps. After two weeks, he had caught and removed both raccoons and placed rags soaked in coyote urine in the hole to discourage further nesting. The first raccoon was caught on a Saturday evening, and I called Bob's answering service to let him know. He wanted to come and remove it then. This was thoughtful, as trapped raccoons are disturbing. My agreement with Bob extends for six months in case I have further raccoon problems, which I can't imagine."
