"When I discovered that bats invaded my attic, I hired Clancy Brothers Pest Control. They said they could solve the problem for $300 with a six-month guarantee. The experience has been a nightmare.
"The first person sent by Clancy Brothers didn't see how the bats were getting in and suggested plugging holes.
"I was concerned the bats might be trapped, so I asked him to consult with the owner. He neither followed up or returned my calls.
"When I complained, Clancy Brothers sent a second person who fumigated the attic, which drove the bats into my residence."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like them to refund my $300."
