Description of work "They cleaned out water-damaged junk from my basement."

Member comments "They took away most of the stuff I asked them to, but not all of it. The largest thing they were supposed to remove was an old gas clothes dryer. They didn't check to make sure it was disconnected, and I ended up with a gas leak, having to call NSTAR. The junk removal people left quickly. I was surprised the man brought a 12-year-old boy along to clean up the old water-damaged clothing in the basement which included (gasp!) underwear, so I was a little embarrassed! The man was also insulting about the amount of 'stuff' I have in my home, and so even though he promised to come back for the dryer once it had been disconnected, I didn't want him back in my house. I didn't get my money's worth."
