Owner Keith Harris replaced Colin Brown's car battery with no labor charges when it failed an hour following his 100,000-mile maintenance service.
"I had been putting the replacement off," Brown says. "The battery wasn't part of the day's work plan, but Keith knew how much I had spent that day and the inconvenience of being back in the shop, so he didn't charge me any labor. They are such gems at this garage. I won't go anywhere else!"
