Best Cincinnati Contractors of 2009
Bockrath Heating & Cooling | Milford, Ohio
Christopher Mason of Anderson, Ohio, says he hired Bockrath Heating & Cooling to replace his air conditioner and furnace because the company's bid was nearly $1,000 less than other bids.
"Denny Bockrath and his installers treated my house with respect and took pride in their work," he says.
"My guys and I strive for perfection," says Bockrath, who's registered to work in Cincinnati and licensed in Kentucky. The company also installs geothermal units, which save energy.
Chad Heiden of Clermont County says he has been happy with Bockrath's quality of service for more than six years. "He always goes the extra mile to make sure the system is designed and installed for peak performance," Heiden says.
Greg Koopman Surveying | Cincinnati
Hyde Park resident Veronica Sanford says Greg Koopman and his brother traversed through poison ivy and mosquitoes to survey her property.
"They found that a significant portion of my land is actually owned by the neighboring apartment complex, including the walkway to my home," Sanford says.
Koopman, who's licensed in Ohio and Kentucky, is highly rated on Angie's List and won Super Service Awards in 2007 and 2008.
"I'm not only working for the client but am also looking out for the health, safety and welfare of every property owner that adjoins my client," Koopman says.
Eva Komoroski of Amberley Village says Koopman went out of his way to survey her property — a rocky and steep landscape. "The result was that I have much more front than backyard, and a neighbor had a fence on my property," Komoroski says.
