"I hired Glazy Tub to reglaze my bathtub in summer 2007, and I've been trying to get a hold of them for the last three weeks, because some of the glazing is now bubbling up and falling apart.
"I've left several messages and have heard nothing back from them. The glazing came with a seven-year warranty, and I haven't done anything to compromise the surface."
