Having help to get her home ready before the holidays impressed Elizabeth Christie. "I wanted my two bathroom floors' tile regrouted and my shower floor's cracked tile repaired," Christie says.

"Jeff [Winkelmann], the owner, came a few days after I called him and did the work a few days later, despite being right before a holiday. The work was done meticulously!

"He was very thorough in explaining the process and he's a true testament to his craft. I've been very happy with the beautiful results."
