COMPLAINT: Bobbie Williams, Nassau Bay
I hired Doyle Enterprises to replace tile in the shower, a floor and a bathroom, and install a new shower pan, paint walls, redo a door front and install light fixtures. It was terrible.
The inexperienced tile man did the worst job I've ever seen. The shower leaks, the floor tile looks wavy and the grout's color varies.
They installed light fixtures I did not select and left trash around my house and yard. They didn't cover my furniture to protect it against dust.
The owner, Larry Doyle, did not pay his workers and they quit. Now, the granite countertop people are pressing me for a payment I already made to Doyle. Since I paid Doyle Enterprises approximately $10,000 for a terrible job, I feel this is not my bill.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want Doyle to pay the granite installation company whatever they are owed.
STATUS: Penalty Box
