Bamboo flooring allegedly missing $1,200 of materials

"I hired Baroldy Custom of Mesa [Ariz.] to remove my existing tile and install bamboo flooring, molding and transitions. The tile removal went well, but the bamboo floor installation took a few weeks longer than the initial estimate of a few days.
"John Baroldy was there for very little of the work. He sent someone else who complained anytime I explained my preferences, and showed poor work ethic and craftsmanship.
"All that remains to be done is some final touchup work, but I've given up on it. Baroldy constantly came up with excuses but never completed the work. I paid about $1,200 for materials that were never installed."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like either the materials delivered or a $1,200 refund."
STATUS: Penalty Box
