Awning firm clears up crossed wires
COMPLAINT: George and Linda Cuff, Indianapolis
"We hired Quality Concepts Awnings & Signs in Indianapolis to make some fabric shades for our porch. The only problem was the time issue. Three weeks ago, we had them give us an estimate and gave them a deposit of half down. They assured us our order was in stock and stated it would take two weeks, tops.
"After two weeks, I hadn't heard back from them. We had told them that we didn't mind a delay, we'd just like to have better communication. We're very disappointed they haven't returned our calls or met the two-week time frame."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "We want the work to be completed."
