"I hired Anderson's Appliance Service to repair the ice maker and water dispenser in my refrigerator. The technician failed to reconnect the water line tightly and it started leaking after he left.
"I called him about the problem and he said he'd come back out to fix it. He never showed up. I have called him twice since then, but he's never returned my calls.
"I had to call another appliance repair company to come out and fix it, and spent $68 on the second repair."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want reimbursed the $68 I had to pay another repairman."
