Itiah Thomas' refrigerator compressor was revived long enough to save him some serious dough. "The technician diagnosed the issue and suggested that the compressor was still under warranty," Thomas says.
"The warranty company couldn't come out for five days, so the technician installed a part to restart the compressor, which saved me from spending $400 on a new compressor and a week of being without a fridge.
"I appreciate their timeliness, regard for how serious the matter was to me and quick thinking."

Irene Putnam praises the old-fashioned ways of ASAP. "It went swimmingly," Putnam says. "My very, very old washing machine quit spinning.
"They fixed it so it would last long enough for me to buy new one. They picked up the new machine, delivered and hooked it up, and took the old one away. Now that's service!"
