Allied Building Services pours unlevel patio says homeowner
COMPLAINT: Don Lamm, San Antonio
I hired Allied Building Services to pour concrete for an approximately 1,000-square-foot patio with a brush texture. The job was rushed - concrete was poured too quickly and on one level, instead of multi-level as I expected. There were no drains or pipes for electrical provided as I asked. The grade is too extreme and the whole thing looks unlevel. It poured right up to the siding in some areas, which will cause rot. There have been serious drainage and cosmetic issues, including cracking. I have called two to four times a week and have not heard back from them.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I would like either a refund to cover the repair, or have them repair the cosmetic and drainage issues at no cost to me.
