Alexandria company accused of breaking porch light
COMPLAINT: Jo Linda Johnson, Alexandria, Va.
I ordered kitchen cabinets from Happy Valley Home Center of Fairfax, Va. Though I was told I could have delivery on a certain day, this didn't happen. They also damaged several things, including a porch light attached to the building outside my door, while trying to bring the cabinets in.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I would like them to pay for a professional (of my condo association's choosing) to repair the porch light.
STATUS: PENALTY BOX
