Admittedly 'hard to please' customer won over by LA roofing company

Pamela Koslyn admits her family is “hard to please” when it comes to home repairs.
Prepared with research and a spec sheet, Koslyn says she met with “at least a dozen” roofers before hiring highly rated ANR Roofing Company of Los Angeles. The company’s workers removed the existing deck, laid a new roof, installed a new deck and gutters and replaced the deck door.
“They got our roof and deck on fast (during the rainy season) and without any hitches once we got fit into the schedule,” Koslyn writes in a recent report.
Koslyn says ANR even paid part of the cost to have a painter repair minor damage from the deck removal.
“Basically they did everything we asked, and everything they said they would,” she writes. “It’s been months, and so far, there’s been rain but no leaks. We got their warranty and feel confident that if we ever have to use it, they won't shirk their responsibility. But I'm betting we won't have to use it.”
So far, the self-proclaimed “hard to please” customer has recommended ANR to three people.
