Member Comments: I've been going here for almost three years. The staff is top-notch and I really hope they continue to put an emphasis on education for their staff because it really sets them apart from other fitness centers and health clubs in town. For example, a few of the trainers have Master's Degrees and really do seem to know things that other, less-qualified trainers don't really seem to know. My personal trainer, Tomo, knows more about how my body works and how to make it work better than any trainer I've ever had. Plus, when I was recovering from surgery, knew how to gradually increase my exercise so I managed to get a great workout while not pushing too hard.

Description of Work: I went there for a manicure and pedicure. Very simple.

Member Comments: I made an appointment. They still made me wait. When I asked how long it would take to get to me they said "Only ten minutes." Then 20 minutes went by and when I asked again, they got cranky. Many of the workers in the store talk loudly together in a foreign language that I happen to understand. They said many rude things about the clients that were getting serviced at the moment. The service is very poor and the place is dirty. From what I could tell, they don't sanitize the equipment and they don't clean the water tubs. They also have a microwave near the work area where they cook particular foods which create a VERY strong odor that really destroyed whatever "atmosphere" the area had.
